My three gifts – silence, presence and contact – the path to yourself

My story

We all want to feel good – to be content with our life and with ourselves. It often seems that when all the important things are in place – work, home, family – we should simply be happy. Like in a beautiful family photo.

Unfortunately, this picture is often spoiled by a personal restlessness gnawing inside, by anxiety, worrying thoughts and tension that we don’t know what to do with.

I know what that means. I have experienced how inner balance can disappear even though life looks perfect from the outside. As a mother of small children, I suppressed my restlessness and tension. The pace of legal work and high expectations brought me to a point where fatigue, physical tension and inner restlessness became my everyday companions.

Contentment is possible

A positive turning point came in my life when I heard about the Practical Consciousness method and plucked up the courage to go to the courses. Already the first time I felt that I had found something real that helps me.

That moment of presence, when I made my first contact with my true self, was awakening – as if the sun had risen within me. I understood that dissatisfaction and tension do not come from outside, but from what is going on inside me. They are not me. And it is possible to be free of them.

The inner peace I experienced was like a new beginning. I discovered within myself something much deeper and more stable – a contentment that nothing external can shake.

The journey to yourself

If you have moments in life when anxiety, stress or restlessness take over, know this – it doesn’t have to be that way.

Being conscious is a simple yet deep silence in which the inner noise has subsided. It allows you to turn your gaze inward and find your inner safe centre – the centre of peace and silence that is you yourself.

Presence is a state of being conscious in which your real self is revealed. This discovery can change a great deal.

Besides contact with ourselves, contact with another person is also important to us. When you are present, your eyes and heart are open. You see the other person without attitudes, judgements or expectations.

This is benevolent attention. It is caring that begins with the ability to notice. A spontaneous smile or a conscious word is all it takes to create a genuine connection.

I teach practical knowledge and techniques

I teach simple and practical knowledge and techniques about yourself that help you, step by step, to free yourself from inner tension and harmful thought patterns.

What changes?

  • Health problems, fatigue and stress related to suppressed emotions begin to recede.
  • You no longer spin past events and other junk around in your head. You know how to truly rest and enjoy moments in genuine contact with yourself and your loved ones.
  • You become faster and more creative at work, and focusing comes more easily.
  • Inner peace and clarity grow, and negative emotions and thoughts no longer overshadow your life.
  • You learn to value inner silence and presence. You feel freer, lighter and more alive.

My journey as a Practical Consciousness teacher

My wish to teach the Practical Consciousness method grew directly out of my own experience and the desire to share the good I have received. I have experienced how deep a change it brings about – and I see that people need it.

  • For several years I have led workshops on the topics of Practical Consciousness Class I–III
  • I have run in-depth workshops on working with emotions
  • I have trained teams to bring presence and clarity into working life as well
  • I share the practices both individually and in groups – always truly present

I am inspired by the moments when I see peace and recognition in a participant’s eyes – that they have found a connection with themselves.

If you feel it is time to turn towards yourself, find inner peace and let go of what no longer serves you – you are very welcome. I will share with you what has changed my life.
