If you come from a small place that doesn’t even exist on the map, it is more than likely that you wonder every now and then what a big city life would feel like. Especially if you’re young. There is a hunger inside of you to experience more. To do more. To be more.
Kadri knows exactly what it feels like. She is from Estonia – a country in northeast Europe that most people know nothing of or if they know anything, it’s the digital society or fairytale-like capital of Tallinn. Kadri grew up in a small town on the western side of the country. If you imagine in the middle of nowhere, that’s probably it.
At school, she was always gifted at sports and arts. So the decision to go and study architecture at the Estonian Academy of Arts was an easy one. Even though life in the capital was already a lot different than what Kadri was used to, she wanted more. When an opportunity presented itself to have an exchange semester in Vienna, Austria, she didn’t think twice. After a semester she got an invitation to stay and study at one of the most prestigious universities with famous architects as her teachers.
So what does the big city life feel like? She started to get an idea of it. The university was more than intense. Kadri started to work to be able to afford more. The stress level was rising. It felt normal though. It felt like what big city life was supposed to feel like. A lot to handle. Add personal life and relationship issues to the formula and you get it.
The high stress in the university and trouble in her love life lead her to listen to all of the lectures at the Night University (an open university type of series where top authorities give a talk on different topics). That’s how she first found out about Ingvar Villido – a man who she calls her teacher and Guru – a very unique opportunity and ancient method to learn directly from the source. She can recall the awe that she felt when she first heard him speak. “If you know what you want then human abilities have no limits.” These were the most inspiring words in the lecture series that inspired her to start to find out how it works and to seek more about Ingvar. Listening to Ingvar gave her immediate peace, even in the most stressful situations.
Soon the pattern repeated itself – she went for an exchange semester in Los Angeles and was asked to stay for a year. She finished her thesis and Vienna and knew she wanted to make something exceptional, cause she aimed for a life in New York City.
The competition is fierce and everyone knows that. If you’re not good enough, there is always someone waiting in line to take your position.
That’s what the first point ultimately leads to. If you don’t have the skill to maintain inner balance in the middle of the madness, you’re out.
It can be challenging to find happiness in everyday life or a solid long-term partner in an environment where most people are still looking for their own path in life and focusing on their careers.
When Kadri first heard Ingvar speaking, she tried to find out everything she possibly could about him. She listened to everything that was available online as she was living abroad. In New York City, she eventually found her way back to Ingvar and finally managed to take his class in real life. She attended all Ingvar Villido Practical Consciousness courses: I-Clarity & Class II-Emotions, III-Thoughts, IV-Consciousness, and V-Flow multiple times. Babaji Kriya Yoga Initiations 1-3 Level. She also found the answer to how human abilities can have no limits.

CLASS II EMOTIONS
Kadri admits that it took some time for her to truly start practicing the techniques in everyday life, but once she did, she saw the results straight away. She can not imagine her life without the Practical Consciousness method anymore. She has integrated the techniques into her daily life.
